A Legacy Reimagined Below Ziggy Green
Step downstairs into a bold re-creation of the legendary Soho club — where art, music and rebellion still live on.
About The Colony Room
The Colony Room Club was more than a private bar, it was a sanctuary for London’s bohemians, rebels, and creatives from 1948 to 2008. Founded by Muriel Belcher in Dean Street Soho, it became a cultural heartbeat where artists, musicians and writers gathered in defiance of the ordinary.
At Colony Room Green, we honour that history. Located beneath Ziggy Green on Heddon Street, this space revives the spirit of the original: intimate, eclectic, unpretentious — a living installation where legacy meets now.
